my stay included a large bedroom. the bed was excellent, i slept very well. the staff was professional and friendly.. they were keen to help.
my room was on the second floor. the carpet was torn at the entrance. the furniture seemed dated. the view wasn't what i expected.

The room size impressed me. It felt quite generous. I appreciated the plentiful car park space available. Anastasija, the guest manager, really enhanced my visit. Her attentiveness was commendable.
The gym equipment seemed somewhat outdated, and the televisions within the gym did not display live tv. A reconfiguration would definitely improve the experience.

the air conditioning sounded like a jet engine i moved rooms but it was still pretty loud sleeping was tough the tv kept pixelating i reported it but nothing changed i guess they were too busy

persistent noiseunresponsive staff
The television in my room kept pixelating, a real annoyance. i reported this issue several times. Nothing happened though. also, the noise from outside was really disruptive. The recycling company and the bin men. the hotel didn't seem to care, even after i complained.
